A Day in the LifeThe Director of Digital Transformation is responsible for defining the digital roadmap and coordinating the delivery of digital products for the client.

This includes the integration of custom developed solutions as well as commercial products.

This is a strategic and execution role that is responsible for the return on investment and value stream of all digital processes and capabilities for a higher ed organization.

This position will ensure and continue to drive alignment with other corporate digital efforts, as well as to have a long-term road map for the organization.The BasicsTotal Years of Technical Experience: 8+Position Specific Experience: 5+Mentorship/Leads by Example Experience: 5+Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 5+ Responsibilities:Assess needs and requirements throughout the discovery and intake process.Assess current state and future state processes and optimally determine which existing products and custom apps are needed for the organization.Develop a structure to assess priorities, status, and future progress of the higher ed digital organization.

Influence, coach, and support strategic and technical decisions within the product portfolio and work with the product teams for proof-of-concept deploymentsCollaborate with the digital transformation team to support planning, prioritization and delivery of the roadmap and transformation of the organization.Qualifications:Experience in Higher Education Industry Strongly Preferred.Proven experience building and managing highly available, critical systems and services.Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.

Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective.
