We provide insight and inspiration to help our clients, our people and society to create and flourish in an extraordinary world.OVERVIEW: We are seeking an energetic and collaborative project management guru to help us improve productivity across Kantar’s Brand Strategy team through management and improvement of existing tools, driving development of new processes, helping to identify/implement new technologies as needed, and directing training and compliance with best practices.

T his role requires the ability to take a strategic approach to operations, expertise in project management, creativity in solving efficiency challenges, and ability to collaborate across all levels and functions on the team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Managing and ongoing development of existing productivity tools (e.g.

for project management, financial reporting, team management, data analysis, or client-deliverables)
– Examining current ways of working and developing recommendations for improving and streamlining processes
– Managing the workstreams for developing and implementing team-wide process improvements
– Evaluation of packaged solutions/technology to improve processes
– Development of organic (custom) solutions/technology to improve processes
– Creating strong working relationships with project teams
– Drawing upon expert resources throughout the company to leverage available tools or develop alternative solutions for process improvementsQUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, some college or equivalent directly related work experience required
– 5+ years’ experience in project management
– Knowledge of project management software/systems, ideally QuickBase
– Strategic mindset and ability to direct process improvements
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of employees
– Can carve out focused time on a busy day to get work done independently
– Can dig deep into technology and troubleshoot issues independently
– Can be persistent and creative in order to get the information and inputs needed to get the job done
– Deadline-driven, with a proactive mindset to get the job done quickly and efficiently
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong accuracy and attention to detail
– Familiarity with programming HTML or other web-based authoring tools, or coding in programming languages such as Java or Python preferred
