This is a focused role and will help to define and accelerate how Xactly takes our newest and most exciting offering to market, partnering with Sales Leadership and Solution Consulting Leadership.

We are looking for someone that can transform the way we go to market rather than pick up what we have and run with it.The Solution Consultant is a technical subject matter expert with the advanced ability to develop, position and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives for North America.As a Solution Consultant for Xactly Forecasting, you will be responsible for supporting the sales effort, including product customer requirements gathering, demonstrations, product configuration for proof of concepts, test drives and pilots, and participation in marketing events.

Good customer advocacy skills, the ability to learn quickly; along with the ability to translate technical capabilities into value and benefits is crucial.

You will be the product expert that conveys value to address customers’ business issues.**THE TEAM**Xactly’s Solutions Consultant team is a tight-knit and growing team, looking to expand and add individuals with diverse backgrounds.

Our team’s goal is to set customers up for success by providing a valuable product solution to meet and exceed their unique business requirements**THE SKILL SET:**
– SFDC Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar level of skill/experience required; must be proficient with Salesforce administration, such as creating fields and formulas, building custom objects, updating role hierarchy, workflows, validation rules, configuring territories, and forecasting.

– Sales operations/revenue operations experience.

– Functional, technical, project management, strategy, change management, and integration capabilities.

– Knowledge and experience with common tools used by RevOps and Sales in order to drive, manage and accelerate their pipeline (e.g.

Forecasting Solutions, Sales Engagement Solutions).

– Successful track record implementing transformational SaaS applications into complex enterprise environments with leading best practices and thought leadership.

– Superior communications skills and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization including the C-suite.

– Skilled at problem-solving and decision making with the ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Complete New Hire Orientation
– Build relationships with internal cross-functional teams including Solution Consulting, Sales and Transformation and Innovation
– Receive training on Xactly’s Intelligence Revenue Platform
– Gain a strong understanding of Xactly Forecasting who we compete with, and how we are uniquely positioned
– Complete month 1 of your onboarding training plan
– Have successfully completed your first customer meeting (with support!)**WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL**
– Complete ‘Sales Bootcamp’
– Have a strong understanding of Xactly’s platform and the space
– Be consistently delivering high quality value driven customer meetings
– Become an expert on internal tools and processes
– Be producing new and innovative materials, assets and approaches for Xactly Forecasting
– Provide domain expertise around Salesforce, Pipeline management, Forecasting and how to sell into RevOps Complete month 3 of your onboarding training plan**WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL**
– Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business-advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide
– Be consistently delivering high quality value driven customer meetings
– Be getting great feedback from customers and Sales on your work

– Be seen as a solution and domain expert within the SC organisation and coach and mentor SCs, Sales and other internal teams on how to
