An insurance technology company is filling a position for a Remote Underwriting Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following: Coaching people managers Developing and implementing strategies to ensure company and team hit all KPIs Identifying, developing, and implementing efficiency initiatives Qualifications Include: Minimum of 5 years of people management experience 7 years experience with customer support experience in an insurance call center environment P&C license BA/BS or comparable work experience Fluent working across various insurance distribution channels Able to build effective relationships, both internally and externally
