We are proud of our past, excited about our future, and confident of our continued success!We are seeking an experienced, high energy Regional Sales Director who will manage a team of hunters and farmers and be responsible for the sale of our services and solutions to prospects and customers in our Pacific region.Location: This position is open to the Los Angeles or Las Vegas metrosEssential Duties and Responsibilities:* Leadership: Manage, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of sales professionals to deliver high performance monthly and quarterly sales results.* Demand Generation: Monitor, and improve as required, the generation of new customer demand both with new logo prospects and existing customers.* Pipeline Coverage: Lead the regional sales team to develop qualified pipeline coverage to exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets.* Pipeline Progression: Assure opportunities are being progressed through the lead generation to deal signature cycles.* Forecasting: Responsible for weekly bookings forecast representative of the current month and the ensuing two months. CRM should accurately represent the health of the region.* Lead By Example: personally engage with prospects and customers, teach what you know, demonstrate personal contributions to regional quota achievements.* Always Be Thinking: Innovation is at the core of NexusTek.
