Job Description In this role, you will take a lead in administration tasks throughout the office with two clear responsibilities: executive administrative assistant and Office Manager.

As an executive administrative assistant, you will report directly to the executive team, assisting with both internal and external communication activities.

You will be responsible for managing company info, careers, and general email addresses, managing executive schedules and meetings, and scheduling executive and team travel.

As an office manager, you will be responsible for several activities to keep the team and office moving forward.

You will be responsible for interfacing with 3rd party vendors including janitorial, food services, and travel bookings.

You will also be responsible for scheduling and tracking external visitors on-site.

You will further be responsible for inventory tracking, equipment tracking, shipping management, and additional activities in service of the technical team Effective candidates will be willing to take on a dynamic and changing role, taking on additional responsibilities as the teams needs change.

This role is expected to grow with the team, leading to further management opportunities of a growing administrative team.

Key Responsibilities: Assistant to the executive team with various administrative duties Assist with internal / external communication for the executive team and general company email accounts Manage executive schedules and team travel Assist in further administrative duties as needed Office manager with various administrative duties Key contact with 3rd party vendors servicing the office and team Shipping management, package tracking, and delivery management for the headquarters team Inventory and equipment tracking and purchasing Basic Qualifications: An associates degree or comparable degree in a relevant field Familiarity with executive schedule management, trip purchasing and tracking, and professional external email communication Familiarity with office and part inventory tracking and purchasing Willingness to partake in a wide variety of administrative tasks Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite US Citizenship required due to government contracts Preferred qualifications: Minimum 2 years prior relevant experience as an executive assistant and/or office manager Familiarity with interfacing and managing service contracts with 3rd party vendors
