Location: Las Vegas, NevadaThe Director Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will partner closely with the Executive Director FP& A on all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing efforts to help report and summarize accurate financial information, identify business opportunities, and drive business performance across the enterprise.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Director Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will partner closely with the VP and CFO on all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing efforts to help report and summarize accurate financial information, identify business opportunities, and drive business performance across the enterprise.

This position will lead a team that works across functional areas and will collaborate and present clear analyses and recommendations to key property and corporate-level counterparts.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with the VP and CFO to drive execution of all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing efforts.

Develop, own, and refine analytical outputs.

Validate all monthly, quarterly, annual, and other ad-hoc analyses and reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Identify opportunities within the enterprise to maximize operating performance and drive EBITDA growth.

Collaborate with all corporate and property stakeholders to understand and create solutions for their business and analytical needs.

Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Data Governance team to gather functional area requirements to own execution of reporting and analytics needs.

Direct change management activities in alignment with the Companys vision, mission, and values; network externally to seek appropriate benchmarks and ideas for innovation.

Manage Human Resources responsibilities to include create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction whereby ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment.

Perform other job related duties as requested.

SUPERVISION: Direct supervisory responsibility may supervise Directors, Managers and Analysts MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience Four (4) years of related leadership experience PREFERRED: Previous experience leading and mentoring a team.

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.

Masters degree in a related field.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Gaming registration in applicable jurisdictions may be required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Proven track record driving business performance through operational insights and analytics.

Ability to appropriately manage confidential departmental and corporate information.

Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of management, including key business stakeholders, executives, and consultants.

Strong organizational skills to function effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting specific organization goals.

Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and personnel simultaneously; must possess the ability to prioritize conflicting duties and maintain timeline integrity for projects and tasks.

Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms.

Must have excellent public presentation communication skills; must be able to producememos, executive summaries.

Must have initiative and strive for continuous improvement proven ability to participate in implementing innovative ideas, projects, and business solutions.

Ability to anticipate situations, tools needed, and obstacles through critical thinking and review of business performance.

Ability to work on multiple levels from resolving individual support issues to leading large strategic programs.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays where needed.
