Manufacturing Project Manager

• Responsible for the total understanding of customer product specifications, schedules and needs.
• Plan the production build schedules for the program and review with all stake holders
• Constantly monitor the schedule and report on progress of the production programs to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining production build progress, problems and solutions.
• Take timely action on delays, and work with production managers on schedule recovery.
• Implement and manage changes that impact schedule and interventions to achieve on time delivery.
• Attend weekly meeting with customers, communicate schedule status.
• Responsible for understanding capabilities and priorities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Engineering and experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing to OEM customers with a thorough knowledge of business practices, procedures and processes
• Working experience with Quality Systems : QMS, AS9100
• The ability to present information to a variety of audiences including management, customers, vendors, peers, etc.
• Ability to translate complex commercial and technical requirements for all involved in the project.
• Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace.
• Fluent domain of the English language: ability to read, write and speak English well.
• Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
