Qualifications:
Develop marketing strategies and tactics to market products better
Establish sales targets with the CEO and CFO to ensure that company goals are met
Oversee all digital marketing tests and rollouts using be-in-class analytics, processes, and procedures
Meeting with all stakeholders (internal and external) to create effective marketing efforts that meet their needs
Assemble, lead, and develop a Marketing Team that effectively meets the goals established by you and the CEO
Responsibilities:
10+ years of Digital Marketing experience
Direct-to-Consumer experience required
Health and Wellness, Consumer Product Goods industry experience preferred
Ability to help develop, execute, and manage a strong and comprehensive marketing strategy
Deep knowledge of digital and social media advertising, opportunities, and tactics, and best practices for testing, establishing KPI’s, analysis, and campaign management
Established relationships with various media channel executives, and creative marketing talent
