Youll take on the role of coordinating our amazing lineup of current and future eCommerce Digital Media rockstars in a collaborative, start-up-like atmosphere.

In this role, youll be one part leader, one part in the trenches; taking on the role of overseeing SEO, email, SMS and design strategy.

You might be perfect for this role if you love to stay on top of branding, culture, and digital retail trends.

You also have a proven ability to monitor and optimize email, website, SEO, and other organized campaigns.

– & Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Program & Company Matching 100% Company Paid Life Insurance What Youll Take Ownership Of: Managing omni-channel digital media department to support our ecommerce and retail business by driving traffic and brand loyalty Overseeing Digital Media team, including: SEO, email, SMS and web and graphic design, as well as any other future growth areas on the team, to drive business objectives, traffic and increase sales Developing and monitoring timelines and promotional calendar, in partnership with the purchasing team, to ensure cohesiveness across channels and departments Partnering with other individuals within the department and outside of it to refine and optimize branding opportunities to drive high-impact growth in sales and search results Coordinate the design, management, and implementation of digital promotional campaigns for new launches and existing product promotions on email, content, SMS and SEO to drive online traffic and revenue for our national business Communicating to all levels of management changes in strategy and optimizations made, which helped meet and exceed business financial plans Drive the financial budget for SEO, email and SMS channels Pushing the envelope to develop innovative, forward-thinking strategies by staying up to date in all things digital marketing Providing development opportunities, day-to-day management, timely performance reviews, and hiring of the eCommerce Digital Media team Rolling with the punches on any other tasks or opportunities assigned Need-To-Haves: A Bachelors degree or related business experience A natural curiosity for how things work and the ability to adapt to ever-changing digital world 3 years of leading a team of digital marketers; including SEO, Content Marketing and Digital Design 3 years of recent experience working directly with digital marketing campaigns for a commerce website Experience building and maintaining a consistent and effective digital brand Analytics experience including: IBM Digital Analytics and Google Analytics Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and adaptability skills Self-driven to achieve goals; high energy level is essential, as well as a strong, dedicated work ethic Love-To-Haves: 5 years of recent, direct digital marketing experience 5 year of effective eCommerce marketing management Bonus points for tool and equipment industry knowledge Employment offers are contingent on drug-screen and background check.

Relocation to Grand Forks, ND required.
