Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a prestigious beauty brand with a revolutionary anti-aging skincare line, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their E-commerce team.

This person will report to and collaborate with the Senior E-commerce Manager to successfully manage the online flagship store.

This position is full time fully in office in Beverly Hills, CA.

Responsibilities: Develop strategies across paid search, paid social, and display/programmatic advertising Work with digital marketing agency to plan and activate online advertising campaigns and provide performance recaps Assist in maintaining and executing the e-commerce marketing calendar as well as sharing with necessary internal and external partners Share Organic Social & Brand Ambassador Social calendar requests with Social Media & Marketing Teams Work with Graphic Designer to resize and develop new site & marketing content Help plan and execute SMS and Email marketing campaigns Submit creative briefs and manage photographers for new images for upcoming launches, promotions, seasons, sales trends, etc.

Submit & track No-Cost POs for Affiliate partnerships & Social Sampling programs; provide performance recaps as needed Assist in managing blog: Based on SEO reporting, propose topics/improvements that will optimize search; work with copywriter on timelines & delivery and graphic designer to develop creative/infographics Monitor brand performance and competitive brand activations to identify opportunities and suggest strategies to achieve goals; propose exclusive offers, new gifts/gift sets, special programs, campaigns, A/B testing ideas, etc.

Manager that will help improve revenue and customer experience Review order status, returns, shipping notices, invoices etc.

in partnership with internal teams as needed Create reports on a weekly and monthly basis to track success of all initiatives Work alongside Senior E-commerce Manager to do monthly audits of the site Qualifications and Skills: 3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably on B2C sites, with the desire to work within the skincare category Magento 2 and experience with 3rd party integrations including: Klaviyo, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, SubscribePro, Afterpay, Yotpo, Curalate Must be able to manage multiple projects with different priorities simultaneously Microsoft Office experience is a requirement, particularly Excel, Word, and PPT Candidate should be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and be able communicate effectively across all teams and levels.

Analytical & data driven; must be able to track program success rate and share reporting with management Email/SMS marketing experience Flexibility is required in an ever-changing digital landscape; candidates should be able to respond quickly to changing business needs and be able to deliver on short timelines if needed.
