Delivery Driver – Starting at $18/Hour

Job Description:

This is for a Full-Time or Parttime Delivery Driver position with Maestros Last Mile LLC,delivering packages for Amazon! 

Starting pay at $18! 

Earn a $1/hr bonus for attendance and safety from day1 driving, and if you are a safe driver and maintain high safety scores we willalso pay you for a full 10 hour day regardless of how many hours you work!!

Overtime offered weekly at$27/hr for any hours over 40 for the week

· Military veterans are welcome!

· You Do not need Commercial, DOT, CDL (orwork-related) driving experience, it is a plus but not mandatory

· No Commercial Driver License Required

Benefits & Scheduling:

· $18 per hour starting pay (paid weekly)

· Shifts run 8-10 hours per day and are 7 days perweek. Start time is 10am!

· 4-day work week for Full time, 3-day workweek for Part time

· A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

· *$125 in Free Shoes – every year

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Successfully handle and deliver packageson time

· Safely drive and perform safety inspectionson company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/drivingregulations, and company policies

· Provide excellent customer service andsatisfaction despite stressful events / conditions

· Keep pace in physically demandingjob; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50lbs); get in and out of a van up to 200 times throughout the day at variablelocations

· Communicate effectively with support teamto provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

· Use smart phone device for GPSNavigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such asclocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

· Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

· Support the team in daily work requirementsincluding participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistancewith their routes

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Must have held state driver’s license for atleast 4 years

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Must pass a Drug Screening

· Must have a clean motor vehicle report.(Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)

· Must have good English speaking, reading,writing / communication skills
