Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.This position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team and overall strength of our company.

This role would be a work from home position; must reside in the state of Indiana.

All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following: Primary Responsibilities:
– Contact homeowners who have received our full in home presentation and decided to not go forward with our product.

Outbound calling is the majority of this role.
– Using a consultative approach, have a discovery conversation with the customer to understand why they didn’t purchase the windows
– Engage and build rapport with prospects to show value in and schedule a 2nd in home consultation with a Sales Consultant
– Communicate and build trust with customer who are cancelling their orders in an effort to save the sale
– Generate business through outbound phone calls and meet daily/monthly KPIs, SOPs, etc.
– Fast paced environment navigating Microsoft Office applications and other computer programs
– Ability to own and navigate phone conversations to create a beneficial solution for customers
– Be a brand ambassador for the company by upholding the company’s Core ValuesQualifications:
– You must reside in the state of New Jersey, Indiana, or Ohio
– High School diploma or equivalent required-Expert sales skills
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills-Ability to think quickly and adapt to the conversation at hand-Willingness to have difficult conversations, manage conflict and de-escalate emotional situations-Excellent active listening skills-High attention to detail-Goal-oriented mindset
– Proficient computer skills, including comfortability navigating various systems simultaneously
– Multitasking capabilities
– Strong and reliable WIFICompensation and Benefits:
– Base pay of $18/hr with an uncapped commission structure on sales made/saved
– Specialists are averaging 65-75k annually in this position
