Position Overview Frankly (a subsidiary of BBQ Trading) is a new 3rd Party Logistics company based in Cincinnati that provides warehouse and fulfillment services to e-commerce businesses based on a world-class customer experience.

They aim to fill all their clients warehousing and fulfillment needs as if they were their own.

In the role of Outside Sales Executive at Frankly , you will work as a “hunter” for new business.

You will be responsible for seeking new clientele, handling accounts, and maintaining customer relationships.

By joining the team now, you will be able to get in on the ground level, help create processes and procedures as well as be an instrumental part of a new business This position will have the option of a combined remote/in office work schedule.

Key Activities Network and find prospective accounts through social media, professional contacts, and independent leads.

Reach out and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Handle outside sales, arrange and travel to scheduled meetings.

Influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Obtain information about and attend trade shows as well as other means of increasing exposure for the company.

Operate as the person of contact for matters pertaining to all accounts.

Utilize account management software (CRM) and follow up in a timely manner.

Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.

Troubleshoot and deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged.

Coordinate with Director of Operations to ensure seamless launch of 3PL division.

Maintain a productive working relationship with other department supervisors and coordinate responsibilities to assure that tasks can be accomplished without interruption.

Qualifications & Requirements Must have at least 2 years of proven experience in a related account management/sales position.

E-commerce experience (Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, etc), is strongly preferred.

Must possess leadership abilities and willingness to work alongside fellow team members.

Must be familiar with technology, proficient in Google Suite, quick to learn computer programs, and adapt to changing work environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Logistics experience a plus Skills & Abilities Ability to take initiative and communicate well with clients and colleagues Self-motivated, confident, and professional; able to work independently Meticulous and detail-oriented with good business acumen; capable of troubleshooting effectively Understand consumer behavior and industry trends; familiar with social media and how to network effectively Experience negotiating contracts and have an interest in obtaining new accounts for the company.
