We have a great opportunity for you to join AEI in a Field Services Representative role.

This individual will work remotely from Michigan and be required to work on a job site in Ann Arbor, MI.

Responsibilities: Here is what we have in store for you: In this role, you will carry out activities related to project construction and contract administration including developing and coordinating system test procedures, organizing user training sessions, administering functional performance tests, conducting field observations, attending progress meetings, and assisting in document control.

Qualifications: What you will need to Succeed: Construction administration experience as an engineering field representative, a project superintendent or trade foreman.Advanced knowledge of building systems with an emphasis in at least one area such as HVAC, plumbing or piping, electrical, or instrumentation and controls.Full understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements.Advanced knowledge of construction and general knowledge of operations/maintenance methods.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, BIM360, Bluebeam and other construction-based software.Valid state driver’s license for job site travel.

What sets you apart: Experience in combining personal judgment with a wide variety of data and information to make sound decisions.Ability to work well in a team environment, including carrying out appropriate follow-through with others, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.Ability to operate with diplomacy and tact in communicating with contractors, clients, and other project team members.Strong spoken and written communications skills.Excellent organization and time management skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
