Trampoline Park Team Lead (Part and Full Time)

Our Team Leads need to be top performers at each area of park operations.

n Train and motivate others to excel at all operational tasks.

n Hold themselves and team members accountable for their work and their results.

n Have a high level of integrity.

n Create memorable moments for every guest who enters Defy.

Help and motivate team members to also create memorable moments.

n Create and maintain a positive and hardworking culture during each shift.

n Assist the GM and AGM to carry out their vision and the company mission!

n Conduct sales and recommendation of products based on guest needs.Every employee is responsible to sell and cross sell all our products.

Even if you are not at the front desk, the expectation is we are always selling as increased sales helps us grow!

n Motivate and train others to sell.

n Assist with staff duty delegation
– Team Leads are responsible for running the parks when managers are not present.

n Complete incident reports.

n Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.

n Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.

n Coordination of birthday parties and events.

n Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.

n Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.

n Responsible for coordinating opening and closing park procedures.

n Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.

n Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.

n nQualificationsn n Previous leadership experience in a work setting.

n Retail sales experience highly desired n Customer Service experience necessary.

n Must be able to create memorable moments and help other team members create memorable moments n Great Leadership and motivational skills required.

n Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.

n Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

n Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.

n Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
