Pay: $15.00 -16.00 per hour base pay, can increase based on previous surface mount experience

Job Summary

The SMT Machine Operator will set up and operate Surface Mount machines including printers, pick and place machines, AOI, washers, wave machines and ovens.
The Production Associate works in a variety of areas to ensure product is prepared, assembled, and shipped accurately and on time.
The Production Associate assembles electronic units including circuit board assemblies, refurbishments or mechanical builds in a repetitive workstation or line assembly operation.
The Production Associate can also be responsible for inventory accuracy including physical and system inventory.
The Production Associate is expected to follow standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and quality is built in, actively participate in team meetings, problem solving, process improvement, and helping all team members finish daily tasks.
This is an evening shift with hours from 3:30PM – 2:00AM.

Education/Experience Requirements

Some manufacturing experience preferred.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
