Summary The Senior Analyst Data Analytics supports the FP&A, Accounting, Corporate Executive Committee and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by enhancing and leveraging financial analysis and reporting platforms.

This position will work hand-in-hand with FP&A leadership and Financial Analyst teams to identify process improvement opportunities; participate in special projects; and provide thought leadership in the areas of analytics and automation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support data modeling and analysis that focus on financial results Create methodology to identify financial, operations or sales trends, variances and outlier analysis Support development of mathematical models to operationalize FP&A leadership KPIs Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard reports, tools, and dashboards; tools can include Excel, PowerBI and Robotics Process Automation Assists in requirements gathering, vetting and testing of enhancements to reporting platforms Coordinates with release schedules, upgrades and maintenance with IT and user community Support users by answering their questions; creating and delivering training content for financial analysis and reporting platforms Assists in business facing administrative setup and maintenance of reporting platform; including security administration, data loads and supporting data integrity Participates in special projects and other ad hoc duties as required Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required At least 3 years experience in Finance, Accounting or Finance analytics Experience with investment and variance analysis Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Must have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint; PowerBI), Hyperion Planning and SAP is preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Masters, MBA, CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
