Ability to explain details of repair or modification to home owner or job superintendent when necessary.Able to read and write in their primary language.Able to stand for long periods of time.Able to lift 50 pounds.Able to read or able to learn to read a shop drawing.Basic math skills Required ExperienceHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.Clean Driving Record and valid driver’s license.
