Job Description: Quality Control Analyst, Cash ManagementAre you customer focused and passionate about achieving client goals?Are you inquisitive and like to solve problems?About the RoleThe Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for executing the Quality Control process for Cash Management functions, including application of checks to customer accounts, call monitoring, accuracy for escheatment processes and others.

Responsibilities are as follows this role incudes the following.

(Position is ON-SITE in Tempe AZ)ResponsibilitiesActing as a subject matter expert for implementation of policy, procedure, and system changes.Analyzing and resolving problems with operations and application, including being a liaison to clients.Performing QC audits performedProvide coaching to as agents based on audit results.

Analyzing operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaboration with others.

Determining opportunities for improvement of key metrics and executes action plans to achieve results.Identify trends and recommend process improvements/additional training requiredApplying able to communicate progress and risks to the team lead/supervisorBring excellent communication skillsParticipate in failure inverstigations and recommend corrective actionsRecommend additional controls or changes in existing controlsAnalyzing operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaboration with others.

Determining opportunities for improvement of key metrics and executes action plans to achieve results.Acting as the day-to-day operations client contact to resolve systems issues providing client feedbackActing as a liaison between client and cross-functional internal teams to share updates and communications RequirementsAbility to multi-taskAbility to manage to deadlinesOC process experience requiredStrong organizational skillsStrong Excel skills Critical thinking is a must Be flexible and positive about changeAble to be proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Flexible WorkingAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
