MBA, Business Development


This is a Full-time position in Reno, NV posted November 21, 2021.

If so, you can join our new Sales organization for Business Development.

As a Business Developer you’ll partner with our Strategy team to engage with potential customers.

You will be responsible for driving sales and outcomes leading to a high degree of customer satisfaction and ensuring our customers are enthusiastic references.

At this time, Ridgeline does not sponsor work visas. 

What will you do?

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective customers, while maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective customers
  • Negotiate contract terms with customers and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

Required Skills and Experience

  • Completion of a Master’s of Business Administration (Graduation date by June 2022)
  • 3+ years experience in a financial services or sales related field
  • An aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Serious interest in having fun at work
  • Aptitude and ability for learning new technologies and technical skills quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for customers
