Hybrid Family Law Attorney

Noteworthy Reno firm seeking Family Law attorneys to join the team. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow alongside the area’s top practitioners. This job is hybrid, capability for remote work but some in-person work preferred.

Job Responsibilities;

• Manage assigned caseload independently and efficiently
• Draft and respond to correspondence
• Prepare pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation and trial briefs
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel and the courts
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings, depositions and trials
• Track billable time
• Assist the supervising attorneys in all phases of the practice

Qualifications;

• Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Nevada Bar
• 3 Years Practicing Nevada Family Law
• Empathetic, and level-headed demeanor to properly handle sensitive family law matters
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills,
• Excellent writing and legal research skills
• Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
