Dispute Resolution Specialist

This position is onsite at our Corporate HQ in Fishers, Indiana The Dispute Resolution Specialist is responsible for researching and resolving member complaints related to use of the STAR ATM and Debit cards.

This includes charge backs, communicating with merchants to solve issues, and processing stolen card fraud affidavits.

The Dispute Resolution Specialist interacts with outside vendors such as STAR and MasterCard on a regular basis.
