– $24.00Hour A well-known construction company in South Phoenix is looking for a Billing Coordinator You will be handling mostly incoming calls and answering billing questions, taking orders and data entry those requests into the system.
Some invoicing, billing, AR or construction administrative experience is a must Business casual office that cares most about quality service and strong attention to detail to avoid errors.

If so, apply today Responsibilities: Ability to use dual or multiple screens Handle incoming calls on a dialer system Create service orders and process billing Keep track of billing batches and consolidate batches Work with technicians to ensure accurate billing Review pending work order tickets At least one year of accounting experience Provide excellent customer service Ability to answer billing questions Assist with purchase order questions and concerns Take orders for client accounts Strong attention to detail Ability to type at least 40 WPM Minimal errors while conducting data entry Hours: Monday
– Friday 6am
– 9am start time, will not work later than 6pm.
Normal schedules are 8-5pm but usually earlier.
Pay rate: $20-$24 an hour (depending on experience).
