HVAC with Retail Refrigeration Experience required
Universal EPA Certification
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC equipment, including ice machines, shake machines, freezers, walk-in refrigeration as well as portable units. Experience in kitchen equipment repairing toasters, microwaves, fryers, and all other related equipment a plus.
Candidates must possess a universal E.P.A. card.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment on a regularly scheduled basis.
Communicate with others regarding repair and maintenance of equipment.
Ability to perform electrical work.
Understand the electrical & mechanical operation of equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel to restaurants in the Northern Nevada area required in company vehicle. After-hours emergency calls will involve work after-hours.
