The Role You’ll Play
Are you a results-oriented engineer with a track record of problem-solving in the manufacturing industry? If so, this Quality Engineer role might be a great next step for your career! Background Profile
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline, is preferred.
3+ years of related experience
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Good problem solver
Microsoft Office experience (must be confident using v-lookups & pivot tables)
Auditing experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with PPAP
Experience with control plans
Experience with PFMEAs
Experience in ISO9001:2015 environment
Experience with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement techniques
Six Sigma, Shainin, or other statistical problem-solving certification and/or experience
Cross-functional team experience
Project management experience

Technical skills & experiences:

Quality systems (ISO, IATF)
ERP System (JDE)
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
Minitab (preferred)
Experience using measurement equipment (MSA or Gage R&R)
Root cause corrective action
Supplier corrective action requests from customers
Faro arm experience
