Manufacturing Production Lead (1st Shift)

As a Team Lead in our Production Department, your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Pre Finishing supervisor and production management in the daily operations of production floor. These duties may include assisting other operators, testing, sending a detailed shift handoff email, and answering questions from other operators on quality and other production issues.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm with overtime
Pay: $19/hr (DOE)

Ability to operate most production equipment in production process
Understand job specifications and terms and be able to explain this to other operators
Assist supervisor and other members of management in assisting other operators with questions concerning operator tasks or quality questions
Assist and monitor other general machine operators and quality control operators with their tasks to ensure proper procedures are being followed
Send out a detailed shift handoff email at shift end
Safely perform physical demands as indicated below
Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel
Work overtime as needed to meet customers’ needs
