Manufacturing Operator

Integrity Staffing now hiring for manufacturing associates at in USA parkway. This is a direct hire role with benefits starting day 1 of employment. Multiple openings for day and shifts, also transportation to and from work are included. Great opportunity to grow and promote in the manufacturing industry.

About the position:

• Starting pay is $20.35
• Direct Hire
• Openings production and warehouse associates 
• Schedule Sun-Tues and every other Wednesday 6pm-6am
• No Experience Necessary

Job Description

• Will be trained on how to build parts and could be moving materials in the warehouse. This is a fast-paced environment, and no experience is required. You will be on your feet for the entire shift and must be willing to learn new technology.

Job Duties

• Move material throughout the warehouse
• Promote teamwork, partnership, and common goal culture with all company employees
• Pick, pull, pack parts as needed.
• Perform complex assembly work and operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision.
• Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequently and repetitively bend, lift, reach, stoop, lay, bend, reach, crouch and twist for extended periods of time.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Able to learn new skills and adapt to new work environments
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Punctuality and a positive attitude able
