IT Product Owner Factory Cost and Affordability Team


This is a Contract position in Carson City, NV posted September 20, 2022.

Job Description Supply Chain IT (SCIT) is seeking an energetic and passionate enterprise solution analyst and product owner for the Factory Enabling
– Affordability and Analytics Team in support of Intel’s numerous factory ramps.

As a member of the Factory Enabling org, you will partner with business stakeholders to develop define and drive the execution of analytics capabilities to support their materials management and affordability goals.

This role will be responsible for, but not limited to: Work closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design, and delivery capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes Partner with Solution and Business Architects to build out a detailed, enterprise design levering enterprise solutions Work as part of the Factory solutioning team to define methods of evolving the system landscape from highly customized to industry best practice Translate the business challenges into high-level and detailed designs and provide guidance to implementation teams for full lifecycle implementation Work with the Delivery Team and Scrum Master to define the execution through Agile practices and build an exceptional product Clearly expressing Product Backlog items; ordering the items to best achieve goals and missions; calculating, measuring, and tracking business value; optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs; ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Delivery Team will work on next; and ensuring the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed Work across business and IT boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment Provide direction and goals to the group and interact with stakeholders both internal and external Partner with enterprise vendor(s) such as SAP to align to recommended design and implementation options Align system architecture to industry best practices and IT enterprise references The candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Self-starting and willing to drive initiatives independently Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to define a direction with unclear requirements Strong organization, communication, team orientation, and interpersonal skills Qualifications Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience in Software and Systems Development, validation methods, and/or quality release processes 3 years experience in web-based business application development and agile software development Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as product owner and solution analyst with an Agile team Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing processes This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship Inside this Business Group Intel’s Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel.

This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications.

IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
