Vaco Richmond is seeking a Human Resources Generalist.
The ideal candidate would have 4-5 years of previous experience in overseeing multiple different facets of HR such as Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee relations, and Recruitment.
Local residency to the Richmond, VA region is required.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4-5 years of previous experience in a large corporate environment.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Previous experience using various HRIS systems.
Responsibilities: Assist with the recruiting and interviewing process.
Responsible for onboarding transfers and new hire employees.
Participating and enforcing company policies and practices.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
