Located near Las Vegas, this 170+ bed hospital is searching for an RN Director of Surgery to lead their highly skilled team. The Nurse Director of Surgical Services will be joining a large, for-profit healthcare system; therefore, allowing ample room for growth.
This reputable hospital is seeking a Nurse Director of Surgical Services with OR and leadership experience. The Nurse Director of Surgery will manage the staff members in the Ambulatory Surgery, Operating Room, and PACU departments as well as consult with staff, physicians and nurses in order to ensure a high level of patient care is attained. The RN Surgical Director will also maintain performance improvement activities and formulate the department’s budget.
This Nurse Director of Surgical Services will oversee an average of 1400 surgical cases per year—all of which take place in their state-of-the-art facility.
