Summary of position:

• Scheduling appointments in high volume
• Inputting patient data
• Providing forms to new patients
• Rescheduling appointments as needed
• Transferring calls to physicians and departments
• Providing back up to front office team
• Verifying insurance
• Collecting insurance documents
• Inputting referral data
• Pulling records for next day

What are the requirements?

• 3+ Years Medical Front Office experience, scheduling experience highly preferred
• Experience on EMR and auto scheduling system
