Finxact – Client Support Analyst


This is a Contract position in Las Vegas, NV posted October 9, 2022.

Position Summary Finxact, a Fiserv Company is seeking a technically minded Support Analyst to provide functional business support to clients, partners, and other Finxact team members for the Finxact Core as a Service (CaaS) platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The type of activities expected to be performed at this level include, but are not limited to: Functional support of the Finxact CaaS system for production clients.

Monitoring and ensuring proper functional behavior of the system.

Supporting internal and external partners in researching production incident reports.

Issue triage utilizing the following techniques: Data/error research via SQL and REST/JSON Log analysis using elastic search Event monitoring Conducting operational balancing and financial reconcilements as needed.

Periodic off-hours support with incentives.

Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems preferred.

Candidates without a completed undergraduate degree will be considered and must have 5 years direct experience in retail banking and/or back-office operations.

2 years of professional retail banking or back-office operations experience.

Payment systems experience (ACH, EFT, X9, etc.).

Experience with supporting production software for live clients in the financial services space.

Tools/Utilities: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.), Postman (JSON), SQL.

Banking or financial services software industry experience in a client or customer-facing role.

Core Competencies Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.

Team player.

Location/Travel Remote (telecommute) position within the contiguous United States.

Minimal travel ( Supervisory Responsibility None.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position.

Days and hours of work may vary but generally Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m.

This position may require long hours and weekend work.
