Job DescriptionCustomer Service Associates needed in high volume call center environment answering and providing support to our customers, including:Responsibilities: Processing customer orders and requests Respond to phone and online inquiries regarding merchandise Provide support including tracking and delivery information Research missing and lost orders Requirements: Must have prior customer service/call center experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly professional demeanor Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a focus on meeting deadlines Must be able to research in database Must have patience and be empathetic Ability to speak clear English
