Construction Manager
F/T, 7am-3:30pm
Salary DOE $35 hr.
Qualifications:
2 yr. Exp as project Mgr.
2 yr. Exp in Const. field
Able to perform plan takeoffs
Able to manage personnel
Reliable transportation, valid DL,
cell phone req.
Job Duties:
Read blue prints, drawings & specifications,
material estimates from drawings. Manage
material supply/deliveries, manage labor
schedule, able to do onsite job supervision
& safety survey on jobsites.
