Aon is hiring for a H Pricing Administrative Assistant that will support the National Pricing Team
– Located in Chicago (Hybrid).

Open to other hybrid locations within Central and Eastern time zonesWhat the day will look likeBe the primary scheduler and meeting facilitator of NPC reviews across the country coordinating all necessary parties for attendance for renewal and new business as well as jeopardy pricing reviews, as needed.

Reviews will be virtual unless otherwise specified.Maintain NPC tracking spreadsheets to catalogue reviews taking place throughout the yearProduce pricing review reports for leadershipCommunicate with office leaders and other colleagues regarding pricing mattersMaintain up to date contact information related to Health colleagues critical to the NPC review processSupport the Health Pricing Manager and Health Pricing Specialist on various pricing team activities, as neededProvide general support to the broader National Pricing TeamActs as a key resource for the team (e.g., independently seeks out answers to questions, takes initiative, leverages network of resources to solve problems)Prepares and produces presentations and correspondence, graphic presentations, and other documents, including editing for grammar, punctuation, and clarityMaintains files, databases, or SharePoint sites as appropriatePrioritizes work, makes measurable progress on assignments, and delivers quality resultsKeep up to date with and support dissemination of the latest internal organizational structure, client account teams/ lists, and team best practicesThis list is not all inclusive; other tasks may vary based on business needSkills and experience that will lead to successHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus2-3 years of related work experience in the Health& Benefits industry preferredAdvanced skills in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work with large sets of dataStrong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills and possess strong follow-up skillsExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in teams and resolve conflictsHigh energy, positive attitude, willingness to go the extra mile to ensure successEasily embraces change, flexible, adapts well to changing prioritiesPoise, confidence, and maturity to engage with all levels of management across the firmHighly organized and pro-active with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at one timeSelf-directed and able to anticipate team needsHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
