Job Description Role: Administrative Assiatnat Duration: 12 months Location: Peoria, IL Job Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
Typical Day Support the GM and Sales Director on day to day tasks.
Manage calendars and support wing of rough 80 people as office coordinator.
Manage visitors log, supplies, seating chart, misc purchases, etc.
Education Requirement: High school, GED and any post high school education a plus.
Technical Skills Communication and organizational skills.
Calendar scheduling and working with other admins to adjust calendars as needed.
Soft Skills Required: Communication skills are a must.
