CCB Technology Finance – Business Management – Vice President

Organizational Description Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves more than 60 million U.S.

households and 4 million small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing.

In October 2020, JPMorgan Chase announced a $30B racial equity commitment over five years to help close the racial wealth gap among Black, Hispanic and Latino communities.

So far, JPMC has deployed or committed more than $13B and CCB is at the heart of much of this effort with the Home Lending business enhancing mortgage products to create better access to and expand credit as well as the opening of multiple Community Center branches to engage locally in underserved communities and enable customers to improve their financial health and access to banking Finance & Business Management function is a strategic business partners aligned to a product-agile financial model, producing valuable insights and supporting the right decisions for CCB Technology.

We provide high quality, forward-looking, actionable finance deliverables to enable timely & thoughtful decision making across the Finance, Product & Technology teams and can articulate the rationale on those decisions, while telling a connected story in a meaningful way.

Role Description This role will be responsible for optimizing business performances and helping drive oversight of day to day operations for the CCB Product & Technology CFOs.

We act as trusted advisors, partners and counterweight to Business/Group Heads.

We are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks whilst helping to drive industry-leading projects to provide our customers with a best-in-class experience.

We also strive to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting.

Amongst our responsibilities are a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g.

dashboards), and advising the line of business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.

Business Management: Build, maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in various products, and proposing/driving solutions.

This role will interface with key influencers and decision-makers across various Products, Technology, Analytics and Finance functions Executive reporting: Coordinate central reporting of key OKRs/updates to CCB leadership Lead the Design, Build and Coordination of the initial reporting framework Work with product line’s stakeholders to address standardized and requirements Facilitate the timely creation of the monthly cross product reporting Review existing processes and elevate, advocate and integrate best practices Initiative Management: Lead initiatives from start through completion for centralized reporting, firmwide tool integration, and special ad hoc projects for F Agility: Lead projects for organizational changes associated with the introduction of Agile and Product Aligned Architecture Coordination and support: lead various stakeholder forums Qualifications: 8 years of progressive experience in finance, strategy, consulting, and/or business management delivery.

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze / synthesize complex data sets Communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written).

Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills to work in cross-functional teams.

Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers; eagerness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment.

Additionally, Chase Auto enjoys a robust “private label” client list, wherein it is the exclusive subvention partner for manufacturers like Jaguar-Land Rover and Subaru.
